We hope you love your purchase from Sip Cafe. If you are not completely satisfied, eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase for store credit, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase;
- Unopened and unused;
- In its original packaging; and
- In the same condition in which it was received.
Proof of purchase may be required.
Store Credit Only
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. We do not provide refunds to the original form of payment for returns based on preference, change of mind, or other non-defective merchandise. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used food or beverage products;
- Products with broken or removed seals;
- Gift cards;
- Final-sale items; or
- Items otherwise identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
This means, for example, that an unopened matcha tin can be returned within 14 days for store credit, but once the tin has been opened, it is final sale.
